AMA4ACENo codes and it idles fine and runs fine until it reaches operating temp. then it feels sluggish and hesitates and the rpm goes up & down some.
AMA4ACEI checked all connections & there are no vacum leaks that I could detect.
onlycoderedCheck your IAC. That seems to be a common issue with those years. Make sure that's all clearn. Shouldn't be too expensive to replace either.
AMA4ACEJust went outside and scanned it again and it now has code P0352?
onlycoderedSounds like you need to replace your coils and it might not be a bad idea to do the plugs at the same time if those haven't been done in a while.
AMA4ACEJust did the plugs about a month ago, went with original Motorcraft ones. I'll check all connections to coils to make sure everything is connected properly before I order a new set of coils. If I do need a new set I'll probably go with the Weapon X COP's.
onlycoderedI honestly wouldn't recommend getting anything other than Motorcraft coils. You won't see much difference at all with most performance coils and you'll end up hurting your wallet for pretty much nothing. Not to mention aftermarket ones don't seem to be as reliable.
AMA4ACEHow much would a set of the OEM's cost? I would think more than aftermarket ones?
onlycoderedI'm not sure but I seem to remember them being cheaper. See what the dealership says.
