I think you have to change the drive gear on the tailshaft of the trans. And the speedo gear.

Damn, that sucks. You'd think when people get gears done they'd have the stupid thing corrected then at the shop. Guess I'll just leave it that way then. Still gonna try to find a new speedometer though, because the 85mph is just plain stupid lol.

If you switch to a 5 speed do it then, i did it, and it wasn't that hard

Yea I won't be doing that swap though, I'll be having Rob help with that. Gotta find a built T-5 anyway as the stock T-5's won't handle my desired power range. And factory speedo has to come out as well, because if I ever took this car to the track she'd be so far off it's not even funny. Can't seem to find any though, so I may have to look at wrecked fox body's being sold for parts.

the speedo gear doesnt take much to change its reall y easy. you can order one from the dealer, they arnt that expensive i think its like 3 bucks or something like that.. there is a chart out there let me see if i can find it.
