I wouldn't recommend Gabriel Struts, unless it's for the daily driver. Gabriel and Monroe Sensa-Trac struts which are similar in design don't have the damper for lowering springs. I would recommend Tokico HP blues instead of those Gabriels. Good luck.

Use EIBACH springs to the Gabriels.

Eibachs are pretty progressive, they would wear out those Gabriels prematurely. Just my opinion.

Any lowering springs will be too much for those Gabriels eventually. You need a stronger dampering shock/strut.

I would not drop the car more than 1.5 inches all around. I would recommend only a 1 inch drop , for this aplication.
