oh dang, mine is much newer a 2000 mustang

A car that i am looking at has no cats in the exhaust but he told me that he passes emission no problem (cars in Connecticut). Is that possible? I thought if you had no cats there is no way you can pass emission... btw the car does have MIL eliminators .

Turns out i have $600 in unpaid parking tickets in the town of eastchester.....Oh my
