okay, what would you recommend i upgrade, short of dropping a v8 engine in my car? what would be better super charger or a turbo?

I plan on putting a supercharger on my pony, what engine internals do i need to upgrade, besides the pistons/rods? ill be buying forged rods and pistons, what else do i need? do you guys think my regular mechanic can do those upgrades, or should i take it to a engine rebuilder?

door seals and roof rails, picture wise look exactly the same as far as i can tell, ill just order whatever, they both are "upper body"
