Yes you will notice a difference, especially with an automatic. You will definitely want a decent tune if your adding a CAI and exhaust. Actually you may not notice much of a difference until you tune it.

Not positive on this but, I don't think you need to retune for that tire size. That shouldn't mess with your speedometer. because your wheel to tire ratio is different and the overall size should be the same as stock.

I wish I kept up with cobras! :) Just a regular v8 with cobra emblems all over it lol. He ran a 9.70, I ran like a 9.90 something, I think. I run in the 9.70s without a passenger. Anyways, I'll see what I can do about recording the sound without other noises.
