Thanks.
Honestly Ive got no idea what it is. I havent looked at it and havent done anything with the car other than start it up a few times since last fall.
Ive decided the time has come to sell my car.
'92 hatch
347 stroker with less than 2k miles (have spec sheet of whats in it)
World Windsor Sr heads (gasket matched)
Edelbrock Performer intake
Comp cam (have specs sheet for it)
Harland Sharp roller rockers (1.6)
C&L 75mm Mass Airflow meter
130...
Those shifters suck. I had one in my car when I bought it and it was more of a pain in the ass than anything else and Id rather have the stock shifter. You still cant hit second gear with that shifter without shifting 1-d-1 because of the way the valvebody is set up.
I ended up having a 5...
It was cheaper for me to go with a new shortblock with good internals than it was to have a new motor built. I spent around $2800 on my 347 and I ended up getting different heads and a different cam.
Its all about who you know. I dont have cats, smog pump, egr, etc and it still passes inspections, even though the inspection ran out last October it would still pass if I actually took the car out of storage this year.
my '92 had 2.73's.
I had 4.10's put in when it had an aod and they really woke the car up, atleast the feel from the driver's seat.
Now with the t5 theyre a little too much and Im kinda wishing I had put in 3.73's.
Mine did that when I bought it and it was a dirty evp sensor (part of the egr). I cleaned it and the light has stayed off ever since.
Ive since deleted the whole egr system.
