For the money I am gonna have in to it it'll still be a ticking time bomb stock shortblock. I have come to the realization that i'm better off buying something already done with a aftermarket block.
I guess it all depends on how tight the shop is you take your car to. I've either inspected my own car or taken it to someone I know for the last 10 years so I have no worries.
