is my 89 5.0 internal or external balance, how can i find out. also what flex plate would i use 0, 28 or 50 oz. it has a eagle forged crank, rods and pistons. new to fords so i 'm learning.

on one of my GTO's i had a windsheild washer bottle and pump in the trunk I then drilled a hole for a hose in each wheel well filled the bottle with bleach and when the tires got to smokin i'd flip a switch and put bleach on them and almost double the smoke
