Do I lose hp put torque if I keep it true dual

You tube only shows you how out sound not the way it performes flow master told me if I keep it true dual I lose torque and hp is that true

Wats better for a v6 01 y pipe with dual kit or hpipe with true dual exhaust or even an xpipe with true dual can some one help me thanks first stang dont know what I'm doing
