I recently purchased a 65 coupe. The seat-belts appear to be original and need to be replaced. I have thought about going with a three point harness instead of just the lap belt figuring that they would be safer. Has anybody else done this? As the car does not have the traditional "B" column...

Thanks - I think they called it "poppy red" - looks more like orange now. After all the mechanical stuff and body work is done we plan on painting candy apple red.
