Hey Mike....I'm putting it in a Mustang/Ford show this coming Sunday. If anything, just so people who have never seen one can actually look at it up close. It's hard to believe that there are people who have never seen one in person, but then again thats what makes it a cool car.

Funny....I ran into this while google'n for SVO's and low and behold....I'm the one who bought it last July. I've had it over a year now, put 17k miles on it, drove it straight to Chicago from NY and have only had to replace the VAM thus far. I added a Gillis valve to it and that's it really...

Here's my 86 I bought July 2010 on Long Island. Drove it back to Chicago. It's my second SVO, 4th fox body. This one will be a keeper, probably street it a little and mod. Might buy a more mint on in a few years to drive ocassionally and leave stock. :rock:

I'm not from NY but my SVO is. I took an Amtrak to Long Island back in July from Chicago to pick up a 1986 Jalapeno Red Mustang SVO. Drove it home over 850 miles without any issues. This is my 4th Fox Body. I've owned a 79 Pace Car (1986-89), 82 GT (1990-93) and an 84 Black SVO (1993-96)...
