New to the Forum - 1969 Coupe

Hey, all. I'm down near Penn Yan, Yates County and just got my 69 a little over two weeks ago. She needs some work but still so much fun. :) I found a link to you all on AFM and just had to get on here, too. So, Gloria is my little project car. She's got a 302 that needs some work and I'll eventually get her repainted back to an original color. We're toying with the idea of a bigger block, too, in time. I'm glad to have found you all and hopefully get some advice as we continue to work on her.

Thanks for the welcome, guys! I'll try to get some pictures up tonight. The car is a darker green, we took rubbing compound after it (she'd been sitting for the last three years) and she shined up quite a bit. Originally, she was yellow then red. The green is nice but just doesn't do it for me. It'll be a project that's for sure but got her through inspection last Friday without much hassle.

sorry i love that year coupe or fastback.. verts too.. 69 was a good year for the mustang.. the one year they offered all ten engine options with pretty much every configuration you could dream of, not to mention their were more engines avaliable in 69 for the mustang than any other car being manufactured by any other manufacturer..the only motor missing from that line up was the 427.
