This black coupe belongs to Jason Armbrewster from Batavia, NY.
It was brought to us as a rolling chassis and we were given quite the work order.
The build consisted of all new tubular front suspension and coil overs, repair frame rails and floors, mini-tub with coil overs, new rear upper and lower control arms, narrow rear 2.5" per side with 9" ends and 35 spline axles and spool, complete wiring, guages, plumbing, fuel cell, etc....
We were also tasked with building the new engine. Using some parts from a supposedly new (junk) engine that he purchased we started with a '70 351W block and built a bitchin' 393ci, Canfield headed pump gas nitrous engine. For now the car does not have nitrous so we have an 8" BDR 4,200 stall converter in front of the Performance Trans C4. The rear tires are 325/60/15's and this car hooks off the trans brake on the street.
Jason had the car home for a few months but is now back for an 8pt roll bar that is transplanted from my brother's car.
