As Ive been contemplating doing this for the past month or so... Its come to the day where the ad for my mustang is going up. Here it is.
I have a beautiful (not to brag) 1991 Notchback. Car is an original 5.0, not a 4cyl conversion. The motor is a crate 302 from ford (stock forged internals) with about 10,000 miles on it. When the motor was installed, the t5 was also rebuilt, so it as well has about 10,000 miles.
Modifications and maintenance listed below, trying to remember everything:
Under the hood there is a Becool Aluminum radiator, electric fan, aluminum valve covers, cobra intake manifold, bbk cold air intake, A/C is deleted with kit, Heat still works great, exhaust is done with bbk long tube headers and a bbk H-Pipe, brand new black power steering pump with all new lines, brand new Distro cap, rotor, plugs and wires. (did those when i did the lower intake manifold gaskets a month ago), only used mobil 1 synthetic motor oil, brand new battery.
As for other mods
Car is 5 lug swapped all around. Sitting on absolutely mint sn95 cobra wheels, and mint tires.
3.73s in posi rear.
Hurst short throw shifter with hurst boot and bezel
Cervinis 2.5" fiberglass cowl hood
Full autometer Phantom gauges:
Tac on dash with programmable shift light
Vacuum and oil pressure on cowl outside of car
Volts and water temperature on pillar inside car
Full length Maximum Motorsports subframe connectors Weld-in
I think i got everything. Maybe something i forgot though.
The car is oxford white, with red interior. Although some might frowm upon the interior color, it really complements the car and it grew on me since the day i bought it. The interior is in really good shape, basically immaculate. Has a nice stereo system in the car as well. Nothing crazy, but a CD player with nice speakers.
The car has been used as strictly a show car for me and my father. I have a daily driver and a garage that the car stays in, under a over thats included with the car. We have simply lost interest as my father has started working saturday nights and cant go to shows on sunday mornings and stuff like that. The man that had if before me used it as strictly a show car as well, as he had two notchbacks. The man before him (his son) was responsible for a majority of the modification and work that went into the car and to say he is a perfectionist is an understatement. It really shows within the little details of the car. Ive owned the car 11 months, and maybe put 300 or 400 miles on it.
Its a great mustang but i hate to see it sit. Im putting it on here before craigslist because i would really enjoy seeing a fellow enthusiast get the car and take care of it as i have been doing.
With all that said, its actually making me have second thoughts haha.
The car is located at my house in East Northport, on long island.
I can text images of the car and answer any questions to people with serious interest. (Look in my profile for a pic of the car) i can text more.
My number is 631-902-4516. My name is shane.
Im asking $9200 cash for the car.
Im slightly negotiable for a person with cash in hand.
Dont come over for a test drive without SERIOUS interest or cash in hand. Nobody but me drives this car until it has a new owner as it has been that way for the past year or so.
