Looks good! I am having a very tough time trying to decide which axle-backs I want for my V6. I'm between the Borla, FRPP, and MRT at this point. MRT would be the most cost-effective but I don't know of many people that have experience with that brand. Oh well I've got about 6 months to think...

Honestly if I were you I'd go with a set of 3.73 gears to tide you over until you have the 5.0, unless you aren't planning on keeping the V6 for the next 3+ years. I just got a V6 and I plan to do just 3.73s, axle-back exhaust, CAI, and a tune and I'll leave it at that until I can afford the 5.0.

What exhaust did you end up going with?

Any idea how long it'll be before there's a chip out for the 2012 V6's?

I know at least with my V6 I have the 2.73's stock and my 0-60 is around 5.8. If I were to bump that up to 3.31 gears I would be at about 5.2 secs for 0-60 time so it shaves off quite a bit. If yours is a daily driver I might suggest considering the 3.73's as I've heard some people complain...

Looks great! I can't wait to put my new wheels on in the spring. 17's on the new S197's looks pretty gross.

After exhaust and a CAI I'd definitely recommend a tune. It will take advantage of the increased airflow and you'll be much happier with the outcome!

If you haven't figured it out yet the guy is making the supercharger whine noise. I'm not sure why he's making blow-off valve noises. I know superchargers don't have blow-off valves and don't have a hissing sound when you let off the gas. Haha
