    I know a guy in the Corral was running high 10's with TFS heads, I think comp cam, and Holley intake? I'd have to look it up. I know the car is light but he was making alot of power too.

    I'd just get a Whipple, Saleen, or Edelbrock SC myself and have more power and tq. The stock internals are the limiting factor but a guy at my track has 500+ passes on his stock motor in his GT with a Saleen SC tuned by JDM making 500rwhp and running mid/low 11's.     I would recommend getting your car on a dyno to check the A/F as my cousin's h/c/i car with 24lbers and matching MAF was extremely lean and required alot of work to the MAF transfer function. He got an AEM wideband and I tuned the car for him, I still want to get it closer but it runs alot...

    I know with a SC both the cam gurus told me to stick with the stock cam unless I was going custom....

    Right now, probably either but had me list the SC for sale 1st so maybe he can keep the car. It sucks because I just got done tuning it maybe a few weeks ago!! 14.4-14.6 idle A/F and cruising and a nice 11.5 WOT Car needs paint but is super clean...in and out and we did all new suspension...

    Thanks Tim!! I wish he would keep this damn SC but he is selling it. I really wanted to see how far he could push this stock 175k mile motor! LOL Maybe he can just get a big ass Vortech next and see what she will do!

    No, but it's pretty cheap for the TB I think $169? He will take less for this it has the nice billet rails and adjustable regulator. No EGR spacer is needed either. I would have to say the BBK made good power, more down low and close up top compared to the RPM II.

    TFS heads/custom cam from Jay Allen or Ed Curtis/ and a Holley Systemax works well... So many ways to do it...hard to pick a best way
