I forgot this one. They say that you need the spring compressor but as you can see in the video from Comp Cams all you really need to do is just slowly release the pressure from each cam cap in small stages.
Holy shit I just realized you answered me back, sorry about that man. Trust me I am mechanically declined as well but this is a fairly easy swap. Here is a quick video that pretty much shows how to do this swap.
For what it is worth doing NSR cams like the Hot Rod cams are pretty easy to do. You can go to freedom racing tools and get the timing chain wedge tool so the timing chain doesn't slip off the sprocket and a valve spring tool even though you don't really need it. I have a writeup on it if you want i can send it to you.
