Ok everyone, we are working on setting up the place for the annual Christmas party, to try and accommodate everyone, we will be doing it in Batavia this year, trying to make it more central for all the western NY members. We will start at 4pm, have appetizers, drinks and dinner.
We will have a secret Santa again, there will be a max amount of $30.00 to spend on the gift, this is supposed to be fun, if there will be kids with anyone coming, please let me know so i can have some presents for them so they don't feel left out, this will be a family event and we are trying to get a small party room for the afternoon.
I ask everyone to please attend and lets all have a good time, pray for no snow that day. I will update the thread as to the location of this party.
