TUNED, the Drive Network’s web show for modified cars, has released their latest video featuring the 2014 Roush Stage 3 Mustang. If the car looks familiar, that’s because it’s the exact same one we drove on Southern California’s Highway 74 back in July. It looks like Matt Farah, TUNED’s host, had just as much fun in the Roush as he added more than 1,000 miles to the odometer tearing up and down the California coast.
For the most part Farah has the same feelings about the Stage 3 Mustang as we do. It’s the best of both the Shelby GT500 and Boss 302 combined into one car, all with the fit and finish of an OEM and backed with a full warranty. Interestingly, he had the same main gripe about the Roush as well – the seats. The factory Recaros are a much better alternative while also being less expensive than Roush’s interior upgrade. Even so, Farah calls the Roush RS3 “arguably the best driving Mustang you can buy from a dealership.” We’d tend to agree.
