Hi I recently noticed that when I accelerate I have a bunch of white smoke coming out the exhaust. Any suggestions on what it may be and how to fix it is welcomed

That could be a likely cause, you can try some new head gaskets to prevent the coolant from leaking into your oil.

The cap on your piston probably came loose. I would tighten it up a tad and im sure it will fix the issue.
