I cracked my intake @ the nipple that goes to the heater core. No fixing it easily, I tried every adhesive goo glue JB weld etc... Had to get a new manifold. If you have the $$$ go with aluminum intake.
Do you know exactly where the leak is coming from?

best bet for that is the new intake with the aluminum coolant crossover. unless you can afford a $500+ aluminum one.

I have a stock intake manifold from a 2002 mustang with about 55000 miles if you are interested. No cracks, just replaced it with a trick flow. Pm me if you are interested.

Having a hard time understanding some of the wording but it looks as if a lowering kit was added to your car and and you need a caster/camber kit for the stock struts to work properly? Its the first I have ever heard of this. Sounds like the dudes sniffin smoke. stock intakes are a dime a dozen if you want to just go cheap. permanent fix would be and intake upgrade but I wouldn't invest in a high dollar intake. High dollar intakes only show power good gains from about 5500 RPM and above. Good luck

If you want a strut for a lowered car you actually should go shorter. Your cheapest bet is to get a set of Fox struts. You can get after markets but get them for the Fox body rather than the 99+ cars.

Now the caster camber plates are mainly for the camber as the stock adjustments sometimes are not enough when the car is lowered 1.5" or greater(ask me how I know).

If you replace the intake just do not go with the Dorman, you will lose between 10-15hp as it is more restrictive.

well i went w/ the mm cc kit and the ford racing intake,as for the strutt thing when you lower a car with out changing struts to shorter strutts you run the problem of possible bottoming out the strutts bcuz to get decent suspention travel you sould remove the bump stops hence creating the problem,i thought about going with shorter strutts but if i blew one one the road chances of finding a replacement is a lil iffy,so i went w/ the max motorsports,i was debating between them and the steeda set, dollar vs dollar mm won ,mann the car handles nice when you have a tight front end
