Do most shops actually fail cars with no cats when perfoming inspections? Are do they look past that and just look for check engine lights, and if the OBD is happy..they are? I want an O/R H pipe soo bad, but dont want to have a problem when inspection time comes. So many people have O/R mid pipes, either X or H. How are they doing it?
