I bought 20inch Foose speed wheel- tire package from Cruizin Concepts. Cruizin Concepts advertises heavily how easy the returns are. Either the return dept wouldn't answer the phone or claimed they didn't receive our emails. Had to fill a request out, had to take pictures of every angle before sending them back.
The request didn't come thru, no we didn't receive the pictures the first two times. The toyo 295 rear tires mearsured 11.2inch they advertised 11.7inch and weighed 66lbs with wheel, they wouldn't send for a pickup return, I had to pay $300 for the return I paid $189 shipping to get them here $489 total shipping and waited 3 weeks for my refund of $2054, not happy with them!!!, they can't mearsure, and I had to jump through hoops to get the refund done. At least UPS made some money.
