NO, but the Mach 1's will have an old distinctive 'R' Engine Code in the VIN #, this is unique to the Mach 1's only.
i.e.) 1FAFP42R43F371400
The LAST 6 Digits is the Sequence number of all Mustangs (V6's, GT, etc.). The 2003 Model year starts at 300001, therefore, if your VIN # is 371400, your mustang is approx. the 71,400 off the assembly line.
Once 2003 Production is complete, we will hopefully get a complete Mach 1 VIN list and then we can tell you where you fall in the production #'s.
