Default K-Member brace

Has anyone installed the 4 point K-Member brace with torque limiters. If so has it helped with the shifting problems that come with the 2008 GT 5 speeds TR3650 any insight would greatly help.

I have the CHE unit and it's worth every penny. As for helping to shift...for some reasons many issues with the trans in the 08's. Get the CHE either way just for the way it makes the car feel over bumps and road ruts.

Hey thanks for the input. Thats the same one I got CHE, I haven't installed it yet. People were saying it helps with the torsional twist of the engine and drivetrain which was throwing off the alignment of the shifter when throwing gears at WOT Sounds good in theory. But if you say it helps out in other areas such as the ride then its still worth the install. Much thanks.

Oh yea!! I noticed over bumps the car is a lot less sloppy I guess because the drivetrain isn't sloshing around.

Just performed the install this morning. Holy S--t what a difference it makes. The car has a totally different ride. Shifting is a lot smother. I lost that ratchet felling when you shift. The shifter does not get lost anymore from second to third. Feels like a totally different car. Anyone thinking of doing this mod. I highly suggest you do it. You will not regret it.
