Just a heads up to those of you guys considering running high boost or twin screw blowers. I had a "blip" on the top of the rpm range on my dyno sheet @ 6k kinda stopped climbing power wise and flattend out, moral of the story...REGAP your plugs. I totally forgot to regap mine before my dynotune 2 weeks ago. They were @ .38 when i checked them today...not good at all..my "blip" was spark blowout for sure now that i checked the plugs and not valve float as previously presumed. Just glad I got it figured out and now i def gotta check the a/f on a local dyno this week because if it goes a tad lean a clean up on my tune will be needed before i hit the track. totally my fault on this one, i should have checked. prob going to make a few more HP now also. BTW gap is now @ .30 on my TR6IX's
also attached is my ported vs Whipple graphs.....the ported graph is nice and smooth all the way thru plugs were fine @ .38 for 14psi, 19psi ehhhh not so much hp graph gets all squiggly....take a peek....2nd pic shows whipple graph better up top
