Im interested, the question I have that weekend suppose it rains, can we cancel the reservation and adjust to reserve the following weekend as they stated from American muscle either 12 or the 19 depending on weather.. is the Motel policy. I really appreciate all the leg work

The rate is 105.00 a night now. I left a message with the hotel for a rate on a block of rooms. They will be getting back to me tomorrow.

I'd love to go but Woodward Dream Cruise is a week after. If I could afford to do both I would but I think I'll be doing Woodward unless the weather is crappy.

Here is the info on the hotel:

I reserved a block of 5 rooms to start with. We can add more later on if needed.

The cost for the night will be $89.99 plus tax. There are only king size bed available, at this time.

When you call the hotel make sure you mention New York Mustangs when making the reservation, this way you receive the discounted price. You MUST book your room before July 20th. If you book after, the price will be higher and there might not be any room available.

I booked a room from that block for the night before August 11 we are coming from buffalo, leaving about 10:am arriving around 4 or 5 pm saturday afternoon. Spoke to kenny, from the quality. Also he said if it's a rainout for that weekend August 12 and the show is cancelled. He would have no problem for the next weekend August 19. Thanks for the block of rooms reserved.
