305/40/18 or 305/35/18 stock 07 gt500 rim

time for new meats again. looking at a wider tire just like the look but don't really want to change the ride height of the car. should I go with the 305/35 or the 305/40 stock 07 gt500 rims too

The stock gt500 wheels are 9.5 wide. A 305 would have a slight stretch look depending on what brand meat. nitto run small, but a mt or Hoosier will be on the wide side.

Keep in mind that the second number is the aspect ratio. so a 35 will be 35% of the width is the sidewall height.
