The 2011 Ford Mustang V-6 was unveiled earlier in the week at the L.A. Auto show with a host of new features including a new 3.7-liter all-aluminum V-6 DOHC with 305 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. We got see the photos, read the specs and drool over the feature list but one thing we did not see is the little pony in motion. Well Ford Motor has released a video of the 2011 Mustang V-6 strutting it's stuff and letting out a few screams but no high revving road acceleration like we yearn for. Check out the video below to get your fix.
New features found on the 2011 Mustang V-6 include the new Electric Power Assist Steering system, front fascia gets redesigned for improved aerodynamics, tire spats on rear wheels, modified underbody shields and a taller air dam and added rear decklid seal. In the braking department the 2011 Mustang V-6 will get larger four-wheel ABS disc brakes (11.5-inch front and 11.8-inch rear rotors). For the interior all V-6 models will come standard with new instrument cluster graphics including a speedometer that reads to 160 mph and a tachometer that goes up to 8,000 rpm.
