Up for sale I have a '76 mustang cobra project car. I bought it about two years ago with the intention to turn it into a drag car, but I really don't have time to work on it and I can't afford it taking up my garage anymore. It's a 4 speed manual, fastback, with a 5.0 L V8. The first thing I did when I got it was rebuild the carburetor, so the engine runs pretty well. I decided before I got into fully restoring the engine, I should restore the body so I began dismantling it. The fenders are off, the driver's side door is off, and the interior is stripped. I tacked in the new floor plan and welded it half way before i realized I don't have enough time to treat this car the way it should be treated. As for the motor, it has an aftermarket Carter 4-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock Torker II intake manifold, and aluminum headers. Before I took out the gas tank and fuel line, it was running well and sounding great. Here is a youtube video of how it sounds:

As you can see, the car needs a good bit of work, but once it's done, it could be an absolute monster. If you want it, I will give you all of the extra parts I have for it: drivers side door (the old one had some rust), stock headers, brand new oil pan, brand new interior carpeting, 2 extra rear rims and tires, and more. I'm asking for $1,500 or best offer. PM or comment if you're interested. Buyer is responsible for picking up the car.
